Once your application is approved, you’ll receive an email confirming your registration and an invoice for the vendor fee of $15.00. The fee must be paid by the deadline listed on the invoice to secure your spot. Please note that late applications will not be accepted, and unpaid invoices will result in the cancellation of your application—don’t miss your chance to be part of this exciting event!

After the registration deadline, all approved vendors will receive detailed arrival and setup instructions. Each vendor is responsible for providing all necessary setup items for their 10'x10' space, including tents, tables, chairs, lighting, and generators.
