Note:

Once your application is approved, you’ll receive an invoice for the vendor fee of $30.00 sent to your registered email. Be sure to submit payment by the due date on the invoice to secure your spot—late fees will not be accepted, and applications will be canceled if unpaid.

After the registration deadline, we’ll send all approved vendors the details for arrival and setup. Each non-profit vendor is responsible for bringing any necessary setup items, including tents, tables, chairs, lighting, and generators, for their 10'x10' space.

IMPORTANT TENT REQUIREMENTS
Every vendor is required to secure their tent with proper tent weights. No stakes are allowed. This rule applies to all setups for the purpose of safety and site protection.
