Please note that once your application is approved, you will receive an email confirming your registration. Late applications will not be accepted.
Vendors will receive arrival and setup information after the registration deadline has passed. Generally, vendors are responsible for providing all necessary setup items for their 10' x 10' space, including tents, tables, chairs, lighting, electrical generators, and any other equipment they may require.
IMPORTANT TENT REQUIREMENTS
Every vendor is required to secure their tent with proper tent weights. No stakes are allowed. This rule applies to all setups for the purpose of safety and site protection.
