Please note that once your application is approved, an invoice for the vendor fee of $60.00 will be sent to the email address registered with us. Fees are due by the date specified on the invoice; otherwise, your application will be canceled. Please be aware that late applications will not be accepted.

Vendors will receive arrival and setup information after the registration deadline has passed. Please note that vendors are responsible for providing all necessary setup items, including generators, lighting, and any other equipment they may require

IMPORTANT TENT REQUIREMENTS
Every vendor is required to secure their tent with proper tent weights. No stakes are allowed. This rule applies to all setups for the purpose of safety and site protection.
