Note:
Please note that once your application is approved, you will receive an invoice for the vendor fee of $30.00, sent to your registered email address. Payment is due by the date on the invoice to secure your spot; otherwise, your application will be canceled. Late applications will not be accepted.
After the registration deadline, vendors will receive arrival and setup information. Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary items for their 10' x 10' space, including tents, tables, chairs, lighting, electrical generators, and any other setup essentials.
IMPORTANT TENT REQUIREMENTS
Every vendor is required to secure their tent with proper tent weights. No stakes are allowed. This rule applies to all setups for the purpose of safety and site protection.
