Special Olympics Volleyball provides athletes with intellectual disabilities the opportunity to train, compete, and achieve personal and team goals through organized sports. Participants will develop volleyball skills including serving, passing, setting, hitting, and teamwork while improving overall physical fitness and athletic performance.

Athletes will participate in structured practices designed to prepare them for competition while building confidence, leadership skills, and lasting friendships. The program promotes healthy lifestyles, teamwork, sportsmanship, and the joy of achievement through participation in Special Olympics sports.
