Become a champion for inclusion by joining MPRD Buddies! This volunteer leadership program provides individuals with the opportunity to support adaptive recreation programs and events for participants with disabilities. Volunteers work alongside Therapeutic Recreation staff to help facilitate activities, build friendships, and create welcoming experiences for all participants.
Buddies gain valuable leadership, communication, teamwork, and service-learning experience while making a meaningful impact in their community. Monthly training sessions provide the tools and knowledge needed to become an effective and compassionate volunteer.
