Get ready to move, groove, and have fun at our Adaptive Dance Party! This energetic and engaging program encourages participants to express themselves through music and movement while enjoying a variety of popular line dances, group dances, and upbeat songs. Designed to promote physical activity in a fun and supportive environment, participants will have the opportunity to improve coordination, balance, endurance, rhythm, and motor skills while building confidence and social connections.

Whether you're an experienced dancer or just love moving to the music, everyone is welcome to participate at their own pace. Participants will learn dance routines, practice following directions, develop body awareness, and enhance communication and teamwork skills through interactive group activities. The program also provides opportunities for self-expression, creativity, and community engagement while fostering friendships and positive social interactions.

**While inclusion services provides accommodations for citizens with disabilities to participate in existing programs, without fundamentally altering the program or activity, therapeutic recreation programs are specially designed activities that aim to meet the physical, social, emotional and cognitive needs of their participants.
