Mobtown Picnic Pop Up is a community celebration inviting community members and visitors to gather, relax, and enjoy a beautiful day in the park. Market vendors are invited to participate by showcasing and selling their products while engaging with attendees throughout the event. Guests are encouraged to bring a blanket and pack their favorite picnic lunch, or grab a bite from a variety of local vendors and food trucks on site. The event will also feature live performances, creating a welcoming atmosphere for connecting with friends, meeting neighbors, and enjoying the outdoors.
Note:
Please note that once your application is approved, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email. While there is no vendor fee for this event, participants must confirm their attendance by the specified date to secure their spot. Please be aware that late applications will not be accepted.
After the registration deadline, vendors will receive arrival and setup information. Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary items for their 10' x 10' space, including tents, tables, chairs, lighting, electrical generators, and any other setup essentials.
IMPORTANT TENT REQUIREMENTS
Every vendor is required to secure their tent with proper tent weights. No stakes are allowed. This rule applies to all setups for the purpose of safety and site protection.
