We invite non-profit organizations to be part of our exciting Fourth of July celebration! This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with the community, highlight your mission, and share the impactful programs and services your organization provides. Once your application is approved, you’ll receive an email confirming your registration. Please note that late applications will not be accepted, so don’t miss your chance to join this exciting event!
After the registration deadline, we’ll send all approved vendors the details for arrival and setup. Each non-profit vendor is responsible for bringing all necessary setup items, including tents, tables, chairs, lighting, and generators, for their 10' x 10' space.
IMPORTANT TENT REQUIREMENTS
Every vendor is required to secure their tent with proper tent weights. No stakes are allowed. This rule applies to all setups for the purpose of safety and site protection.
