MOB-tober Fest is a family-friendly celebration packed with candy, games, inflatables, costume contests, and community fun. We’re inviting local nonprofits to join us in sharing their mission, connecting with families, and spreading the spirit of the season. Apply today to participate as a featured nonprofit and be part of this spook-tacular day!

Once your application is approved, you’ll receive an email confirming your registration. Please note that late applications will not be accepted, so don’t miss your chance to join this exciting event!
After the registration deadline, we’ll send all approved vendors the details for arrival and setup. Each non-profit vendor is responsible for bringing any necessary setup items, including tents, tables, chairs, lighting, and generators, for their 10'x10' space.
IMPORTANT TENT REQUIREMENTS
Every vendor is required to secure their tent with proper tent weights. No stakes are allowed. This rule applies to all setups for the purpose of safety and site protection.
